1. The service
Memmie helps members store, organise, find, enjoy and share photos, videos and stories through Moments and connected timelines. It is not a complete device-backup service and should not be your only copy of irreplaceable files.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to create an account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Memmie’s failure.
3. Your content remains yours
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, stories and other material you contribute. You give Memmie a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transform, process and display that material only as needed to operate, secure and improve the features you request. This permission ends when the material is deleted, subject to limited backup expiry and legal requirements.
You confirm that you have the right to upload and share the material and that your use respects other people’s privacy and rights.
4. Shared Moments
Visibility settings determine who can view or contribute. A shared Moment can include separately owned contributions. Removing your connection does not delete another member’s Moment; deleting your contribution does not delete theirs. Do not treat invitation links as public links unless clearly labelled.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, infringing or malicious material; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with the service; distribute malware; or use Memmie to identify, harass or surveil people. We may restrict content or accounts where reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or secure the service.
6. Trial, subscriptions and storage
The 30-day trial includes 2 GB and does not require a credit card. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Current prices, included storage, taxes and material limitations are shown before purchase. Uploading pauses at the plan limit. Trial data is deleted after the communicated grace period if no subscription is started.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to operate Memmie reliably but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the pilot develops. Material changes that reduce a paid service will be communicated appropriately.
8. Cancellation, export and deletion
You may cancel a subscription and export your originals. You may request deletion through Settings. Account deletion is permanent after confirmation. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, non-payment or security risks, with notice where reasonable.
9. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Memmie remains responsible where applicable law does not permit a limitation or exclusion.
