The Free account has no time limit. Free accounts may be removed after 12 months without activity, but we always send several reminders and provide time to download your files first. Prices are shown in euro, including VAT where applicable.
Photo counts are estimates based on files of about 1 MB. Free includes 5 GB and Family includes 100 GB. Add-ons provide a further 250 GB or 600 GB. Larger photos and videos use more space; your storage allowance determines how much you can upload.

Before you begin
Does the Free account expire?
No. It stays free with no time limit. After 12 months without activity, we may remove an abandoned Free account—but only after several reminders and a recovery period.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start free and choose Family when you need more storage, Moments or timelines. The storage add-ons shown above are coming soon.
How much will extra storage cost?
Storage add-ons for Family are coming soon: +250 GB for €9.99/month (up to 250,000 extra photos), or +600 GB for €14.99/month (up to 600,000 extra photos). These prices are in addition to Family at €4.99/month.
With Family, the totals are 350 GB for €14.98/month or 700 GB for €19.98/month. Photo counts assume files of about 1 MB; larger photos and videos use more space.
What happens to my original files?
They remain private in your account and can be downloaded. Memmie does not use them for advertising or AI training.
